Thanks Firiebob, yes we sail on the lake.  The green line is where we sail easterlies, they're not due in for another 2 months.  The red line is our longest bear away in a Norwester.  Not quite a nautical mile and there's a bit of a lull as you pass below the island. Nice knee high+ swell towards the end of the red line if the wind's up a bit.  It was pretty good out there today.  Track analysis and posting on the way.
