Snells Beach E ->25kn? dying; HW+2.5 to +3.5; CA SL58, Venom 34, mb 1360; Naish Stealth 5m8 - underpowered from start, and too late ...

First time sailing this spot - tide drops fast, slog out.  Plan is to run between the lines after the break ... must the there at HW to pick the flattest patches ... knee high to chest deep ... then dry!!!

Shoal Bay NE 10 - 25+ Knots. Board SP105,Sail RS4

Opposite wind to normally sailed here but it is a bit smother than Takapuna
on the other side. Had a few problems finding a good balance with the set up
today and eventually had to settle on the bigger fin to work back up against
wind and tide.
A lot of fun today despite the gusty conditions but the body is feeling now!
Hey Martin - a long drive for you today - good to see you got out.

Mission Impossible: Owera with onshore wind & surf break.

Aim: Crack 30 knots in between the surf.

Observation: Flat water space between surf was very narrow, hard to find a line.

31.70 knots max on GT 31.

With surf waves running further apart 35-40 knots is possible.Innocent
