8 am launch at Majestic. Rigged the 6.6 Koncept as it was really honking when I got there. By the time I was ready to hit the water it had backed off alot so I took the isonic 122 with a 40 drake. Odd combo but it was a pleasant upwind downwind with the river to myself. Got very light up near point walter and there was a bit of standing around waiting for gusts on the way back down to Majestic.

Got to Melville rather late and schlogged around a bit as I rigged what I wanted to sail, instead of what was appropriate.

It wasn't very windy at all today...in fact it was SO light that Slowy didn't even do 40 knots! How light is that!

Still pretty fun though.

decided to try 'glory holes' with some of the crab crew this morning.the place has some potential.

looking at the tracks the wind was pretty square for the day with the occasional swing to the sw.

this meant miles where hard to get as you where sailing across  the gusts/lulls instead of going with the gusts like hardies.

great fun all the same.nice spot and safe as, with long runs along the road in waste deep water.

not sure whats happening with my initial posts as when i am adding comments the sailor session tab starts to whir away and the screen goes completely light blue for several minutes...i suspect the lastest update of firefox is creating some issues...

Melville at about 3pm - wind starting to fade so went Manta 67, Koncept 7.5 and Venom 35.  Fun but gusty and never really powered up.

Gusty session at Melville but actually had a lot of fun, despite the conditions. It was never going to be a quick session so focused on distance today which is a rarity for me. Before the boats came out, the middle of the Swan was actually quite flat for a change.

Good to catch up with a bunch of SRM today and others.
