Got down to beach and wind was crap, only stayed cos a mate lent me his GoPro camera and I was busting to play with it. Wind started to pick up so went in to downhaul to find camera had stop, rooted around too long trying to sort it  By that time wind had filled in and was howling but heaps rougher, if at Green Island I think a 36 would have been on the cards but not at the Yorkey's Speed Strip , happy with a 3rd 30 in a row  After 40 K's I got sick of fighting back upwind through the Yorkey's hell hole chop so headed home for a Friday rum on the back deck with the lovely wife
