Well the plan was for today to hit the one hr and distance, came early to Wello and did one run to Wynum. Boy oh Boy the bay was one mixed up sea. Came beck and my foot hurting from the constand pounding of the chop. Them the wind dropped completly and we were waiting ------------waiting ---------waiting, by 3 O"clock as the docter ordered the wind came, mad rush to get back in the water to get a few more runs in.

Anyway still a great day at the bay, next time better. RS 7.8 , Exocet 71, C3 44cm.

good wind at wello with Odin playing risky games.

Flat as a tack down the bank.

However the day was marred after the ginger slasher (jamie Norton) decided to take out Glynn Merrit, not satisfied with the sore toe from yesterday, ginger laid bear trap in the Town centre and Glynn stepped in it, 9 stitches, tetanus jab and a long wait in the hospital for Glynn. Probably no sailing for him for a while.

Nice little session when the wind picked up... still, on my 6.2 I had to pump on every gybe to get going again... pretty shattered now...
Good to have a laugh with the lads while we waited for the wind to come back.
