Kleine PR op de alpha. Door de sterke stroming werd mijn zeil de grond in gedrukt. De crossbatten brak daardoor. De kost nogal wat power. Jammer, volgende keer beter.

Super lekker middagje op het kuitje. Het was erg druk met vele spiedies. Eerst achter de normale bank gevaren hier was de wind te haaks, later kwam de tweede bank vrij. Hier lekker gevaren, ik had de gehele kombi mooi los op het water liggen, ondanks een klein beetje gebrek aan power toch super tijden gevaren.
Op naar de volgende keer!!

3^rd day in Makkum. Wind was weak all day, but at the end of the afternoon it picked op a little, so I went for a late afternoon session. North East is a far from ideal direction at Makkum (cross-offshore). This time I was able to do some testing with the 43cm ProSlam. As expected it is easier in handling higher speeds and I think it has a lot of potential with this board and sail. I had some spin outs but this was because of pushing to hard with the backend foot, at too little speeds. At higher speeds it was solid as a rock.

Day 1 Speed Trophy

First day of my holiday in France and immediately enough wind for my first session. The wind was only just strong enough for this sail. But nice sailing in the sun. Great!
