Glorious day at Kurrimine. Wind was up and down but between 18 - 25 kts, sun shining and beautiful clear blue water.

First sail since Burrum and good to get out there. Naish Freewide 120, 7.0∞, Select SF41

Still getting over a severe throat infection, lost 3 kg in a few days cos coudn't eat or drink but need to get some stamina back as it might be a good dry season this year, fingers crossed

When the big gusts came thru everything was fine.   Trouble is the gusts wouldn't last and dropped down to near zero.

Spent a lot of time in water waiting to waterstart......

Had an hour or so on the black death with O2 6.6, wind was dying so retreated to the Hawk123 for some slogging. So much for a full day on the water, maybe one day it'll all come together.

Got a few laps in at Port Douglas. Had good wind 20plus knots, 100lt board & 6.5 mt sail pulled down hard flattened right out. Was a little over powered so had to stay on the ball the whole time, the tide was in so it was rough and very choppy, not good conditions for speed runs so I had a few little blasts but wasn't game to go all out, have broken enough gear all ready. A great sail all the same
