Yeppoon, QLD,

I've gone from one extreme to the other. Burrum at its best the day before to Yeppoon at its worst. Big seas, light wind and the tide going the wrong way. Still nice to get out on a sunny day.

iS101, 6.6 Koncept, 37SL7 - Green Island, QLD, AU wind 15-20knots

Thought there was enough to take the iS76 but first couple runs were a bit of a slog.  Firie was out as well and yelled out to me to watch this one bombie about 1km out but I still managed to just clip it (without too much damage).  Came in and noticed the second bottom batten had lost all tension and guessed the little plastic insert joining the round to flat section had torn apart (second time with this sail).  Wasted hour and a half trying to swap parts from top batten and without Rossco's help it would have taken longer.  Should have just got the 7.5 out and forgotten about the 6.6.

Disappointed I couldn't back Brad's distance up as it would have kept us in equal place with the F'n Q'ers
