I get JP Slalom VI 65 about one month ago and first time in Preluka (8.8.2010) I had some problems with trim and changes from Tabou Manta 64. At that day the board felt little old (like older slalom boards, I could sense the weight in the nose in compare to Mantas and I'm sure that my results would be better with Manta 64 that day), but after I had four good days for 6.7 on Pelješac and get used to her. Then I decide that all my boards would be JP, so I sell Manta 79 and I get also JP 76. I like the feeling (that was there also with Mantas) that when you step on the board everything is exactley the same, just the size ob the sail is different, and with JP 76 is the same. I had only two sessions, but the transition is much easier because of smaller JP. I like the board, but I have to ride it in different way than Mantas. It seems little more fin dependent than Mantas, but the ride is more relaxed and smoother. For jibing is more stable in the moment of changing the sail, maybe also because of deck shape. Overall, pleased, so I have to sell also Manta 54 and get JP VI 56 and JP Speed 49. But first I have to win the loto draw on 16.9. :)

I have the same combination. JP 76 and MANTA 64. I have to addmit that i was missing race deck on Manta when switching from JP!

We have to make some session together to exchange some words around trim!

Matevž,can you write your filings with gastra vapor??? I'm thinkink about that sail but i can't decide...NP racing or Gastra vapor.....
