Seb (2186km):  Hi, I'm (Seb)astian your new team member. JAK finally convinced me that speed sailing is lots of fun :). Usually I sail around Bayside. About half of you know me already and I hope I'll meet the other half of you soon as well. As you can see I'm really fast ;). Today's session at Green Point was one of the worst I have had in the last few months. Only three slow planing runs and schlogging around for ages. At times I though swimming would be faster. But at least I got to try my new GT-31 :). Hopefully there will be more wind to come, at least I can easily beat my current PBs. JAK, I hope you did better! | ||||||||||||||||||
JAK (6497km):  2 categories   Green Point waiting for the forecasted 25-30kts that never came. Met with Seb(astian) and George from the team so we gave it a go. Went out with my 6.2 in expectation for more wind, but should have rigged larger, mostly underpowered. Anyway had a few and even long good runs until the wind shifted more east and then died, couldn't get back to the starting point and ended the session with a long walk of shame.
