Kyeemagh, NSW, AU

I have mixed feelings about this sail and results. I'm really really happy with my gear, the Caspar GPS fin was brilliant, the 5.8 Koncept was spot on for size and the drops was rock solid. I'm disappointed though at the lack of flat water. There were some great 25knot gusts but unfortunately the water over at the runway was just really choppy. Whereas in the past i would have played it pretty safe through that kind of water and not pushed my limits I had total faith in my gear and I'm satisfied I got the best i could from it. Wind was 10-25 and soooo nice to sail just in boardies.

Yeah Sean,

I've just about given up on Narrabeen Lake in a north easter too, unless its more of a beginner oriented windsurf. Getting down there is about the same as going to Kyeemagh for me so I may as well go to the bay.

Definately the best week of winds for the year.
