isonic 44, overdrive 6.0, C3 venom 26, Chch estuary. Solid 25knots. Typical estuary chop, Only a couple of flat spots. Wind just switched off. Was doing my only Nm run and was lucky to get back when it dropped suddenly

Super flat and fun morning session .
but kicked a pipe & cut & bruised my foot , slipped on the ramp & broke another fin , then found out the main sewer line that runs throught the estuary has broken & was pumping raw sewage into the water !

Lake Clearwater.

Wind didn't blow, mostly playing on the 95lit Freestyle board and a couple of runs on the slalom board.

Ca SL58, 7.0 overdrive, first sail for a couple of weeks.

Solid 25knots on estuary, should have changed down to the 6.0. Board felt sticky not slippery. Overpowered a lot of the time

and to top it off, spent an uncomfortable evening at the After Hours where they confirmed I've fractured a bloody rib, in a big overpowered stack.

So that just about stuffs the season for me as we are off to the UK in early April

Alan, I had dinner with one of your mad mates tonight in Tassie, Andrew Harford alias Bubba, he has gone over to the dark side and no longer sails, shame what did you do to him?

I'm a member of the Tassie Speed Seekers, not sure how we rank against you guys but I'll see if I can raise enough interest in Tassie to kick your ar...Wink

Hi Neil,

Sorry to hear about the rib. Not comfortable, have done several times.

Impact vest for you next time, I'll bet!

Thanks Mike, 34 Vector Rockit. Gonna get a 30 & 34 Sting, and sell the Vectors and Venoms

As the wind increased I was thinking  I should go in a get the vest, lazy bastard and couldn't be bothered, doh!!
