Forecast was around 18-20 knots; arriving at the spot I decided to start with Manta 68 and 7.5 Koncept. First run out was OK, but second run back, sail was WAY too big. So I changed to SL1 95 (61cm) and 5.8 Koncept. Far better choice, well for the first 2 hours or so. Angle was square, so runs are not really impressive, but Alpha is quite OK. Together with mate Theo we decided to sail back, but wind had increased close to 30 knots, and then 4 kilometers with too big gear are a struggle..... I am waisted...

USM/NK Speed.

Borrowed Hans his 27,8cm caspar. Amazing when going downwind. Cheers for that

Wind was OK not great. Had only 3 good runs. Gusts were short, but happy with the results

Well great afternoon with Menno, started from de \"boothelling\" with 7.0 and 101L but that was getting to big (except for Sander who refuses to re-rig so after trying with the 59cm in stead of 65 went home to mow te grass, he blamed the fin....) so switched to 5.9 and 85L (good advise Menno).

We got over to Herkingen to do some runs when i checked out my speeds of the first 10 runs found out that the GPS was still turned off :-)) (had to happen sooner or later.

Runs were OK crossing the lake was FUN but i crashed on the final leg back...

My left foot hurts, my right thump hurts and my neck is getting a little stiff, on top of that i broke the batten above the boom on my TR-5 5.9 so if anyone has got one spare he's willing to get rid of let me know.

All in all a graet session with lots goning on!

Second session. I am glad I went to Zonnemaire. Great to so many speedies and great conditions. Super gusty, but OK fast. I see Alex did a good job with the \"80\"!

I totally had no energy today after working the nigh shift for 1 week and working in the garden.

Still I decided to go to the water, but it was a no go. I even could not hold the boom during a run. So I decided to stop before I had crashes.

Now I only want to sleep.
