Kurrimine Beach...Herby rigged early and had a decent session.      After lunch he said he had done enough so I borrowed his 5.9m Loft 02 and went out with Firie, Freddy, Billy, Rowdy and Mal.   .....High tide so a bit rough but sun had come out so very enjoyable.

Kurrimine Beach....   On the water about 9 am this morning with Mal to take advantage of the low tide.     5.9m Loft 02 and 120l Fatboy......After lunch quite a few of the FNQ Mob arrived but I was just about buggered and I wanted to keep a bit of energy for the after sailing drinkies.

Everybody seemed to want to congratulate me on my recent birthday and they even presented me with a fancy cap. ...   I'm just happy to be here and to know these good guys and gals.

went for a sail a kurrimine knowing a few FNQ MOB were going to be there as well as Mal and Ann. (PIT CREW)

Wind was not great but managed a sail followed by a few drinks and a bit of gas bagging.

Good time and great to catch up with a few of the clan.

Sorry I didn't catch up with you this morning Mal but have a safe/happy return trip.

Happy Happy Happy Days - Were off and running. Thanks to Hoppy - Thankyou...The only way from here is getting better, faster, longer. Turned out to be a great weekend down at "K" Bay with an estimated 12 plus mini members catch up for fun in the sun, sailing and early evening banter. Hoppy, Firie & Chris, Kel & Belinda, Dave, Freddy and his german ring in, Rowdy & family, Mal & Partner, and of course the 2 legends Herby & Lynne (if i have missed anyone I apoligise . Thankyou to all who assisted and those that just chose to have a yarn later in the evening. Cant wait to do it all again.

Overnight camping trip to Kurrimine, got a call Saturday morning informing me it was peeing down at Kurimine but nothing was going to stop me. I wanted to catch up with Herby and some of the mob so we could celebrate Herby's 75th and the legend that he is 

Drove down in the rain but as we got close to Kurrimine the weather started to clear up and was I greeted with a little wind. So we wacked the tent up and I had a nice little sail in sunshine, I enjoyed cruising along the shoreline and a few drinks after with my mates with a little bit of BS to go with it. Rain again this morning so we packed it in and bolted. Good to catch up with the new mob recruit Billy, thanks to Hoppy for lending Billy a GPS.
