IRL250 (546km):  3rd Day of my tour of UK speed spots at West Kirby. Great day on the water and managed to improve all my PB's slightly and got a new PB Max Speed so very stoked but wish it could have been windier so i could have had a decent crack at the 40 which i feel is only a matter of time when i get the right conditions.
