Nice day for a sail and to test the new GPS from Santa. What happened to you Ducati? Would have been nice if you hung around until I overtook you a couple of times!

Exo 90L & 6.5 Ezzy. Look nice and sunny so went up to the lake. Still looked nice so set up the gear for a try but to no avail.

Went back & got the heavy duty gear (SLWB & 7.5 Ezzy) and went back out. Planing most of the time. A few others out there but the only other one doing any good was an old (very) formula board with a 10.4 on it. The rest were dredging around, including Dave with his F2 lightening and 7.5 V8. Made my day when I came back in and he said he couldnt believe I was planing Cool Sheeze, that board planes at a slow speed, I reckon when I am planing it is only doing 10 knots. Feels like I could get off and swim faster Surprised

Welcome to the crew, Andy

Thanks. What's the preferred way to put an image into a post? The image above is a screenshot and I have cropped it and decreased the colour depth to 256 colours to save space, then pasted it directly into the post - but it still seems to load slower than the images you guys have posted on other days directly from google earth. Any suggestions?

Hi Andy....The TrackPics I load are always about 50/60 kb.....I make them in GPS Results and crop them a bit in a Photo program.     You might have to consult your resident image expert Jefrosail Sealed.

Congrats on all those PBs......Don't upset Ducati,    he might blow a valve spring...

Happy New Year to everybody    Cool/Innocent

Herb & Jeff,

Thanks for the tips. Caught up with the Jones' today and got the drum re images. All set now, just need some wind. The kids are keen on camping at the lake again, so hopefully will see you guys later this week.
