iS 107, KA 6.6 & 7.5, FO 40 Weedy

 

Last time I went to Mandurah it was rained out so I thought I'd head back there on a better forecast. My plan was to go for distance and while I beat my old PB I didn't go nearly as far as I wanted to. Wind was a but up and down and I haven't really sailed for a few weeks so my hands got pretty sore. Oh well, was still good fun. The inlet is a nice place to sail, a lot flatter and less traffic than the river. I'll be back!

Well done on the PBs SL. I had a look at the estuary in the afternooon and it was pretty ulmpy, not great conditions for a pbs so well done. When it is right it can be soooooo good! Hope you get a return visit when it turns it on.

Yep, NM doesn't need to be in a straight line, you can have as many gybes as it takes, but the less gybes the better of course.

We have a few good NM runs, but yesterday wasn't a good day for them.
