Grumpy was going well as I was on my way down the hill. By the time I got across to Wallyworld from Mossie side it had pretty much gone.

A couple of reasonable squirts but lots of boat chop, big holes and a fair bit of weed.

Brief visit from Macka too.

Bubba felt huge after being on small stuff for the last month and a half.

First sail since I broke my little right finger at Melville on 2 Jan - nice to be back on the water but the doc says it's gonna be another 2 months before I have reaonably full functionality in the right hand.  I managed to hang on for about an hour in the light breeze but definitely not ready for a sea breeze yet.  Methinks I'll be sailing more for pleasure than busting a gut  (and various appendages) from now on.

I usually sail Melville (habitual) but since Peli is closer to home and work, and I really like the flat water running along the spit, I might frequent Peli a bit more.  Breeze has holes in it either way so what the heck.

Brief period where it filled in a little but on mostly the usually gusty stuff we've been suffering of late. Nice to catch up with Grumpy, lao shi, JJ and Anita as well as the other usual desperados. Vic was putting my old 121 through its paces.

A very pleasant session.

Scargo helped tune the Turbo after I finished, so hopefully a slight improvement next time.

Saw Birdman's special black finger, seems only partly mended. All the best Adrian.

Sailed up to Wally again today. It was coming in quite nicely when I got there and actually felt over done while I was pointing up to the bar so I dropped in the water and made a few tweaks. About then the capt'n turned up and jinxed the wind. Nothing but big holes and stink boats from then on so I gave it a miss.
