Golden Beach, QLD, AU  Such a frustrating day watching all the nice flat water but NO WIND then when the southerly finally arrive around 2pm the tide was rushing in and turning the water into a washing machine.

5.7 Koncept f2missle 26 fin all WAY TOO BIG out of control, think I would have been out of control even on my 5m.  Was looking rather cyclonic when I left with waves breaking on the shore and horizontal rain.

Lake Weyba, QLD, AU  111 exocet 6.6 koncept

Arrived just as the wind was coming in. Missed the two hour wait in the rain. At times overpowered on the big board and 6.6 but decided to hang on anyway - too lazy to go and change. good fun

Fun B&J Session and Queens, with Arn and Ulf. Some big gusts coming through and as rough as a washing machine

Mostly Acid 86, Rapidfire 5

Queens Beach, QLD, AU Nice waves around today. A really nice section in the middle. The rest difficult and lumpy. I need a new set of knees.

FSW 102 & Evo 92m 6.1 Fusion and 5.4 Alpha.

Looks like Golden beach produced two different types of weather today, but both were good for 31+ kts! You guys rock.

Thanks Ragnar, hope your enjoying NZ.  I dont know how Gav does it he was looking rather over powered holding that 7!  had he waited another 1/2 to 1 hour his 7m would have been too big.  It really kicked in big time after 3pm suddenly all the kites dissapeard followed shortly by the windsurfers in survival mode trying to get back to shore.  Dont see too many days a year like today at GB.

Good speeds at GB guys and girls, especially in those challenging conditions. Great PB's Arn, I hope your leg gets better, and your knees Ulf. Sean Obrien came down for a while with his mate and they were ripping it up with race gear.

Hey Kerry, There it all is, Great stuff. wait until you get a run at the lake, you will have some great PBS then.

I really need a new pack, as my GPS was wet, then again it spent some time under water today so hardly surprised.
