Southerlt that never made it in land. whent to coal point and nothing even though blowing at Newcastle & Nora head 30knts. went toCoal Point, NSW, AU to closer to the coast and get some wind. very up and down gusty and chopy 15 to 20 knots. had 7.2m used my new boards 111L and 90L loved them.

Checked out Marmong initially but dead calm and rainy - got the tipoff from Tibor so headed to Coal Point to find 20 kts!  Pouring rain at the start but then the sky cleared and the wind stabilised a bit.  A bit gusty at the start so went for the safety of the big board, but got blown off the water.  Then had my first try on the iSonic and did 27 kts without even trying.    I think we are going to have some good times together!  Good to catch up with steve, byron, greg, andrew and bruce.
