Part of this session I was trying out a Starboard Hyper Sonic that George loaned to me. Way overpowered with a 7.5 Aerotech Rapid Fire and a very different feeling board. One short run and I felt lucky to get back without breaking an ankle. That board is probably better on flat water, not the big chop of Barrington Beach. Went back to the Starboard Carve 135 and had a few more good runs. Very steady breeze made for some nice 3 mile runs from Rumstick Neck to Conimicut Cove.
