Net iets te laat maar wel een raar windje gehad. De wind kwam van alle kanten en verdween na/tijdens de regen.

Middagje vrij genomen en rond 13:15 het water op gegaan. Eerste keer met de 7,0 op de Manta 71 en dat bevalt me net als de 7,8 goed! De combi met 7,0 is btw heerlijk! Volgens mij ga ik heel wat uurtjes op de Manta vertoeven :-)

Beautiful sailing day at the Houw. Ron tested the new Monster 60. I also did a couple of runs on the board. It looks like a very promising shape and feels a lot smaller than the 66 but it gets up to a plance very easy. It was also really easy to make fast. I think with a 6.3 and 5.5 the board will prove to be very fast.

It was also good to feel the UFO Wide 40 degrees 28cm fin underneath the Monster 66. It seems as if the 40 degrees fin can easily be sailed around 2cm longer than the 30 degrees UFO Wide. As the water level was really low it was a good test to sail the Monster with a shallow water fin to find out about the potential of that given concept fins..
