Hawley Beach, TAS, AU

Back into tassie this morning. wind was a solid 15-20 while rigging. But as soon as we were ready, it dropped out to 10-12knots. Anyway a nice little NE swell, made getting onto the plane easy. Nice and flat in between the waves too. Warm water, warm wind, warm temprature LG-Lifes Good!

Stanley, TAS, AU. Great little sail at Stanley with Barry. Just enough wind to get going, and nice and flat to practice a few gybes. Fanatic Falcon 95, NCX 6.5, C3 34 Venom. Need a 7.0 for days like today...

JP Slalom 89 litres,  7.0 NCX  36cm Nitro fin

Fun session at East Inlet with Jeff.  Wind was square to the track again so not max speed conditions.

Was using the 36 Nitro fin for the first time.  Felt spot on for the 7.0 NCX and my slalom 89l. I guess that’s now my East Inlet lightwind set-up. Wind at Stanley was noticeably less than the Smithton Airport  obs.
