iS97, 6.3RBlade, 35S07 -  Lammermoor Beach, QLD, AU SSE 20 - 25kn (gusting to 30kn with rain squalls)

Thankfully I decided to go with the 6.3 in lieu of the 7.0 as I was well and truly overpowered.  Conditions were very testing and rain made visibility near impossible at times not to mention stinging like crazy.  Nowhere to go broad as too much south with direction although I got one decent 10 sec run in only to trip a rail at speed after fin let go and had a big off.  Luckily I somehow became unhooked just as I was going over the handlebars.  Tried for one Nm attempt but pulled up after another very hairy moment.  Much more fun though than the Causeway lake yesterday.
