Nice session at Herkingen. It was fun surfing with Marco, Wouter and Kees. The wind was not strong enough for real down wind runs but it was fun and not to cold.

Used some new equipment for the first time today.

2013 Gaastra Vapor 7.9 on the Manta79 with 46 cm C3 Sting and 51 cm Select V-max

2013 Gaastra Phantom on the Manta79 with 51 cm Select V-max

2013 Gaastra Vapor 7.9 on the 2012 fanatic Falcon 113 and an older 37 cm Select S-10

 

Also the board is new for me, coming from Tabou the last 4/5 years. All felt very nice. The Phantom has loads of low end power, the Vapor is very stabil, a bit less soft, powerfull but still feels very light and smaller than 7.9. Looks like we have got ourselver a winner
