Gosford, NSW, AU

Light NE'er 5-10 knots gusting to 12 knots max.

NP H2 8.2m JP 114 Slalom + JP 36 cm weed fre fin

All by myself today.

Not much to say about this session. Very light most of the time, spiced up by the 3' wake of the occassional motor cruiser going past.

Had one OK run but the rest was harldy worth reporting. Wind died off pretty badly and left me downwind in the bay, took a while to get back in!

Oh well, at least I can say I got a sail today. Topped off a nice fine weekend with SUP surfing and windsurfing as well, both days.

Good to hear someone got out, Wayne!  Been nothing up here for sooo long. I'm envious of anyone getting wind over 10 knots...Cry

Thanks Phil.

As the wind started to drop and I was off the plane most of the time, I thought "what am I doing out here?" but as you said at least I got out for a sail!

Like Phil said Wayne good to see someone in the Team getting a sail in. Been so long up here now with no wind.

I think all the rain has killed the wind. Land & Ocean to close in Temps to make good wind.Cry

Nice one Wayne!

Yeah Mark, Sunday is looking the goods. Will be off to the beach at Umina if it is that strong for some wave sailing. May take the GPS for a spin as well. Wednesday here is supposed to be a nice NE'er as well, so here's hoping it all happens.

Wayne.

Hey Wayne, I basically never take my GPS to the surf then oneday out of curiosity I took it for a wave mission and was blown away to see the speeds I got in the suds. Whilst I'm certainly no speedster, I did manages just under 27 knots one run in jumping the waves. I'm going to start taking mine more often , if only to boost up the kays.

Hey Mark, will posting slower (say low 20's) speeds effect the clubs overall ratings? If so I won't bother posting them.

Bring on SOME WIND!!!! I'm freaking out.....Yell

Cheers.
