kato (15334km):  4 categories 7am dawn start,last chance to get some times for this month.Bloody cold.Matt and Shelby slept in their cars at S.P.to get a good start,I was the alarm at 6.30.We got the good s/w wind for the speed but it ran out when we went for the 1 hour and distance.Came back but from the N/W but just too patchy for Matt and me to get any good runs.Had to swim a few times to get back.Be good to get some runs with all the team next time.     | ||||||||||||||||||
