So anthor day anthor dollar ha ha.

Totally undercooked on the 5.8 just too far to walk back and rig up a bigger sail.

I guess vando said it all but later on when the wind picked up it went easterly making the course dead tight up towards the last beacons.

So for our runs we had to bear of into the chop again still making the runs too short sometimes managing a 10sec run and sometimes not. Most of my best 10sec runs were staying tight to the course.

Through the middle of the course it was pretty broad but would of been good if it blew there just too gusty.

And towards the beggining of the course was also too broad but too much downwind swell woopty doos.

So we still havent got the full potenial of this place but hopefully soon it will be there.

CA speed 50 , 5.8 stealth , 23cm sym lock/mcdoug speed.

Tried Viccy Point - Wind was up and down and I was underpowered on 5.6M Redline, Exocet Warp Speed, Select 28.

One day it will blow properly at this place!!

Forecast and tides look good for Burrum so Me, Pierre,Glynn decided to do the 3.5hr trip.Julian also met us up there. We got up there around 12:30 not much wind maybe 15-20 the sand bank was just coming out.Wasnt sure whether to wait to see if the wind picked up or just rig the 6.8Undecided then 5 min later the wind pick up maybe 30knots.So I rigged the 5.6, Pierre follow suit and rigged the 5.8 (silly boy) Glynn 5.5 , Julian 7.2 (smart move) haha then the wind died again err just a squall.Um and ard what to do Julian had the 7.2 so he went out then we saw another squall comingSmile, me and Pierre already rigged so we both walked out to the bank while Glynn was changing to the 6.5. I got to the bank wind was honking Julian already onto the big gust for awhile I heading up wind to get a run downwind i rushed so much i had everything setup wrong but i new the squall wasn't going to last long so i went for it.I got one run and then the wind died Pierre the same. Anyway we waited for about 30min Glynn joined us by this time then slowly all the clouds disappeared and the wind filled back in to about 20-25.To far to walked back and rig the 6.8 so Both me and Pierre stuck with the smaller sails. Ended up a great sail Glynn couldn't stop thanking me for inviting him up and no wonder with all those pb's well done mateWink. it was good fun.
