6128 days ago busted out of work early for a melville mish. Had a go on the CA SP40 with a 6.6m and 23cm KA fin. This combo was surprisingly useable, and even went upwind OK. Only issue was in the heavy chop at lower speeds, the small board was not so balanced on the 6.6m. But I think it has good possibilities for a moderately windy square course with flat water! Got a couple of 35s in the chop so it wasnt bad. Then I put on the SP50 and sailed down to PP for some more wind and smoother water. Thats where I got my best runs. It was still rough as guts there. The tide was super high and the wind swinging all over the show so that meant the chop was plain nasty for the swan ocean.

6128 days ago A fairly quick sail down at Pelican Point - high tide so pretty choppy. Tried to find some flat water up near the majestic but just ended up swiming.
