congratulations on the PBs Fitz66, cannot believe you were looking at a 30+ but then found it downgraded to within .15kts of 30...... hope you get a fraction more wind next time..... or even lots more!

Six months ago Haggar and I (and others) were out at Victoria Point, it was really blowing, he catapulted and left a face-shaped dent in his sail.  He said he was feeling a bit sore but would be OK.  Then after getting X-rays the doctor put a halo brace Innocent on him and said no sailing for a very long time... SurprisedCry

Today was his first day back on the water Laughing

Surprised Thanks Nebs. Big step Haggar going back out. Are there any safety ideas we can learn from this incident (I am being serious about this, as I injured my neck years ago in a car accident).

Also less seriously: Mental note to self: think carefully before sailing again with Nebs......Wink

Thanks Evets, maybe could of gone with the 6.6 ,I was running out of power when I went broad, I'm happy with the pbs, I think some divine force is stopping me from posting over a 29.9. Haggar went well but is a bit sore today. Not bad for 2 guys who have broke their necks, nurofen helps. Looking forward to today.

Hi Fitz , Definitely the 6.6 on that board if your not super overpowered . Also a slighly bigger fin might unstick it a bit . I did 36.5 on that board at Sandy Point with a Koncept 6.6 and a Select Superfast 33 . Give it as much power as you can handle and it will sing !!!
