Not a lot of breeze today at Kanaha, but who cares - I was in cruising in boardies. New Manta 69, Koncept 6.6, Goldwing 33. Slowy and Craig had a crack a bit later in more breeze at Kihei but I was too lazy so sat on the beach thinking about beer and stuff.

Lucky to get a sail at Kanaha in marginal conditions and a quick sail at Kihei on the way home.

pretty average day. Kind of spewing I dont have an 8.5m here. And something bigger than 47cm speed board. Getting a bit bored of finding out about the bottom end wind range of my 6.6m and SP47. Wind dropped pretty much as soon as I got on the water at Kanaha. Luckily the boys got a few runs in. Plenty of not moving moments today. Went back to the other side of the island to get a much more respectable 12-18kts. It too died off as we were rigging, but had enough time to get some runs in. There is some wind forecast for the end of the week so hoping to get a couple of days on something smaller than a 6.6m in stronger wind than 8.5m weather. Funny season here apparently.

Yep, just sailing in a straight line no catapult, got 37's prior to that run aiming for 38+, mast was'nt up to it, now looking out for bottom half of a Redline 430.
