| Sam Parker (1288km): 2 categories   Super cold and way too early with a pretty poor fun-pain ratio. Got there bang on 5.55am and couldn't even see the water. Wind approx 15-25 knots. Speed course was a bit of a waste of time with the wind having too much west in it and not enough punch. All good traing for Sandy Point though.

| Boss Man (6469km): 6 categories     St George Sailing Club, 6am, 1 hour sleep after watching the Olymplcs. Cold 15-25 knot SSW. Wind direction was'nt right for the sandbar.1 good run there though. Sam did the sacrifice and left so the wind would come up. What a guy. Drops SX 8'10" Slalom, NP RS Racing 6.2, Tectonics F-1 30.
