Pelican point and sailed all afternoon. Great to see marcel down and with the gps all sorted. Had plenty of great runs. Had a few blasts with steve m and a couple other slalom guys  just on dark which was great fun!!

The only thing I could get from my GPS is a screen reading after one of my runs. Still had my board in wave mode from the day before - bit strange doing speed runs with straps inboard.... Not really enough data to back up Snake's great effort....

WOW Snake!!! awesome man... what an effort. you've got to get down to hardies..

I thought I had the GPS sorted... I upgraded the firmware on the GT31 and it was working ok... even saw a 31.5kts on the screen after one of my runs... then after that it froze up again!!!! arrrgghh..... there must be a hardware problem with it. .. Looks like I will need to get a new unit.
