We were expecting a buig day today with a gale warning issued but once again the weather man full of crap.

Had an ok session on the slalom ger ealy then broke a line so had to come in.

It looked like the wind was coming big rain squall coming so I decided to go the speed kit.

few guy already out i rushed out wind was honking prob a good 30 first run 40.7 on the though this was nice but i pretty uch got the end of the squall got a couple more 38 then it just switch off i stood around the bank for a while hoping is was going to come back up but it never did just got anto prob the last gust and managed to get back to shore still a fair walk back though. Brad and Ian had a nice swim back with the fishes haha i know what that feels like.

I suppose with a peak over 40 cannot be too unhappy

Got down at VP early wind had dropped off tide was to high but Vando & I went out after a while the wind came up & the speed bank started to show I got some really good runs but then just as I was starting to have fun my boom broke AGAIN bloody Chinook this has happen 3 times now & when they have only been 3 months old so I will never buy one again.
