yeah Decrepit, we also have 3 days of 30+ knots forecast, and good thing about that is monday is free day, nobody works.

So, saturday, Sunday, Monday - we probably will go to Karin on NE and almost flat water.

Hey Warrior,

This happens occasionally to the GT-11's, they get confused.  Here it is in Realspeed, note that the green and black traces are very different.  This normally means that the trackpoints are out, so you need to somehow tell your analysis program not to count this part of the session.

I have submitted the tracks to our official timekeeper, who is the authority on such matters.  He'll let us know what scores to put up

That looks familar, think I had something similar a while back and it was because of a big error in altitude.

Sometimes it happens because the GT11 doesn't have a clear view of all the satellites.

I am interested to see what he will say. In real it is possible that max speed is around 33,34 kt. Prior to this gps confusion I made 33.08 run but it has gone.

While we are at it - I have problems with dowloading data from my GT31. I always have to do it 3 or 4 times before it download all data. In the same time I am carring Garmin 205, like a watch on my wrist - it is practical to see how fast you are going with a quick glance. But sometimes, my GT31 data are lost. Any ideas? Or to change the unit?

we got answer from timekeeper, and my analysis was correct

marin's 2 sec peak is 34.297 - and marin need to change it - that give us average of 35+ knots in this day

also other parameters is as I wrote in upper comment

need only to wait for correct alpha: I wrote that is 17.497, but I think (and shure of it) @500 is 20.162

We will wait for data what will Nebbian say about alpha and other

I just wrote news on WKC and looked the data and i don't get it:

On my analysisi of yours GPX of 17.06. here is the parameters:

MAX 37.804

2SEC 37.664 (and you enter 37.14)

AVG IS 35.292 (you enter 35.14)

@500 19.612 (you enter 19.07)

nautical mile is OK - SO CHECK IT OUT, Score is better that you entered upper

zoran have score from 17.06. also, now i check it, 29.503 knots max

Warior. since I carry two gps units (GT31 and Garmin) there is sometimes small differences. I entered lower numbers... It is anyway realy small difference, does not matter...

37,67 insteed 37.14 are not small difference

Gpx you send me, show xour max of 37.804 and you enter almost knot lower

as you wish...
