Mike I did my back in working around the house (lesson there ha), Doc gave me time off work and said no sailing but bugger it I might test it at the Yorkey's supercross track tomorrow

Back injury's are a bugger, try to get it right before you head back out. Lingering back problems are a pain in the coit if they dont come good before you test them out.

I was in the water a lot Herb....it's a wonder he didn't nail me !

Fred & I may try Port Douglas Sunday Firie if the wind is in, only 14 knots today by coastwatch web cam.

I might do the trip too but only if it's promising

Thanks for the congrats, Firie, Rossco and Gaz. Congrats Locky just pipped me for the NM. Past sessions I always misjudged the distance needed for a NM before gybing.  This time I kept going till the legs gave up.
