Completely stuffed!!!Tongue out 90 mins of soccer and then 1 and half hours of sailing. Was cramping near the end which according to perk is a good feelingWink. Hurried home after soccer to try and catch the low tide and luckily i did. Great to see so many out on the water and saw jason taking a few pics so hopefully he puts them up. Good to see James out sailing after a while off the water, hopefully he did a few pb's. Looking forward too tomorrow, should be a big one!Smile

Very windy.  First time out since green Island.  Sailed at Mortimer Bay in on-shore 30-40 knot winds with Steve.  When we got there we just had to rig small - as it was howling and rough.  I used SRR 4.6 on iSonic 50 with 23 cm fin.  Feel lucky to be home and in one piece.

Wanted to rig bigger, but decided to play it safe with the 4.6!!

Steve about to go out ...

Well done on the PB's for the alphas all of you young guns !!!

Yeah great to have so many of the Tassie Team out at once (and all communicated before-hand - go Team).

The bay where Steve and I were sailing is just wide enough to get a NM in (white line).  Wind tends to funnel in a bit as well.  No flat spots, but you can run down the chop lines.  Wind was dead west.  The whole area where we sailed was waist deep, so good for using a 50L board as you can hop off anywhere and walk back if the wind does drop out.

Well done on your NM PB Steve, certainly not easy conditions!!  Less wind and bigger gear (iSonic 86 and 6.5) would probably be a lot easier here even if the chop was the same.  It was pretty full on bearing off at the beginning and trying to keep going off the wind the whole way as the waves and chop got worse.
