well i could not have been more overpowered 30 knots ish

i got there after uni and probs was out 20mins max before my confidence was completely depleated, only one speed run along the bank but it pulled nice numbers Smile

cheers for the fin ken it worked really well for a 6.8, be perfect for 5.5ish

is 86, goldwing 26cm, switchblade 6.8m

more later im stuffedCool

Wow was worth taking today off on the water around midday first with teh slalom gear then as the bank wa a right changed to the speed kit got some run with the 6.8 around 38 knots then changed down the the 5.6 as the wind picked up.

Unfortunatly the bank was getting to low as the the wind was at its strongest so had to give it a miss and go in.

Had a couple crashes at the end of the run trying to pull up other wise id end up in the car parkSurprised they were controled crashes though Wink other than that it was a sweet day.

Speed kit Loft Blade 5.6, IS49, Venom 25

Too small a board & too unfit. Wearing 15kg wt jacket and forgot to take this into account. The fact that I have sailed 4 times in 3 months doesnt come into it tho.Wink

Vando - excellent effort old boy.......stuck up here in 1770 / Agnes waters with no boards and a 20kn to 25kn Northerly all day & every day since sunday with low tide around the afternoon too.  The channel looks the goods for some flat water blasting in anything with north in it.

Mark - great backing up with some very respectable numbers.
