Great session with Tim and Sean. Spied and had a little chat with the speedster Boss Man. Gave him some tips on how to go fast and that!
Might stick with the smaller 36 fin. Tad over done, she is a bit of a flighty girl in the rough stuff.

Very gusty. Good to see AlphaMan, Sean and Timbo taking on the elements.
Session cut short by the Desal Circus.... Nice of them to leave a 40 foot mooring rope hanging off one of their hundreds of stupid marks in the middle of the bay.
31 knots to o knots .....nice hole in my sail thank you very much.
I will be taking my Flick knife with me next time.

Very bumpy but great fun, the dessel punks really are making a meal of the place at the moment. I remember Luff talking about the rope hanging off the bouys so I stayed clear. Had a go on Ad's new stick, very very impressed!!!

5458 days ago 1 categories Patchy NE Kyeemagh. Looks like I missed the best of it with the wind developing some big holes during the sesh. I was so sure it was going to be a killer of a day, "shoulda been here earlier" was the call. Incoming tide no help with the chop. After an hour or so, Dan arrived and I resumed my position as cheif waterstart coach. Spewing about Spanners. He got a call out for a job while on route to sailing and had to head for home. He wasnt a happy Jan. Sydie was sailing like a ninja as usual.

5458 days ago Big promise, little delivered. Sea breeze didnt come in until late and wasnt anywhere near promised. Ended up using big gear but got the new JP 68 out, went OK with Boss Mans tips but just needed more wind. Lots of tuning to do. Feels nice on the water and very different to the old Falcon 111.
Just cant make Botany with school hols commitmenst. Had some runs with Marni and Chris and a cold Corona to finish the day, nice.
JP Slalom V 68, RSR 7.8, 36 JP fin.

5458 days ago Kyeemagh, 20-25knots, jp slalom II 94, JP 34 Slalom fin RSR EVO II 7.0, lots of obstacles in the bay
In its usual form it looked like there was around 7knots on the bay, until i reached the water. Plenty of wind but i couldnt get comfortable, will have to try a smaller fin, my butchered goldwing 32 doesn't hang on too well, I had a battle keeping the board flat especially upwind. Felt like my tibialis was going to explode.
I had regretted not staying at narrabeen lake, from what i've read here its probably best i didnt.
