Good for the first time out in nearly 4 months with crap wind in hindsight, as for Alphas HaHa only time i will beat Reg on them.

Oh going to get some weights tomorrow need some serious strength building my arms are still hurting never had it like this before maybe i should stop using nail guns and powersaws. lol
