Jacques van der Hout (14471km): Finally speed conditions in our own country, we have much quicker spots than La Franqui;-), our season only starts a little bit late this year. What a great feeling to have a flat course, get a gust and to slingshot yourself into the chop......and to see 88,71 topspeed on the GPS dial. Finally a member of the 47 knots club.... Tomorrow wind again and this weekend back to France for the open belgium speedweek.
Ben van der Steen (2833km): Surprize!!! as hans would say. $06.2 was a little big today but it was fun today . The wind was a little square for it to be amazing but still fast times . Happy with the proformance of the sails boards and the new fin I sailed for the first time today.$0 $0
Martin van Meurs (1816km): It has been a great day with a super stupid final decision not to go out to the sandbank at the end of the day. In all of my speedsurfing life I've never seen a speedspot looking as great as the sandbank south of the harbour spot. The tide didn't seem to drop enough for the banks to be fully exposed and one hour before low I called it a day. I obviously don't know the spot just yet. Â Sorry for this Mattias. |
