The many trainingssessions are paying off, already my 5th 80+ average this month! I started early as the forecast was increasing wind, but i expected the nucleair conditions were it was impossible to go really fast. Was the first to hit the water and had a good session and goods speeds already (79 average). Did also 2 nauticals of 74,7 in the morning sessions! The wind was increasing and it was to much and not fast anymore, so everybody came off the water. After 1 or 2 hours of waiting I thought the wind was a bit less so went on the water again. The others followed directly and we had a perfect afternoon of speedsurfing.Hans told me Dirk did a nautical of 77 so we had to go for it again. There were gusts, many windsurfers, fishermans etc so it was a gamble to get it right all the 1852 meters or not. I was happy with a run of 80,2 and a 60 seconds of 77,4 in my new nautical mile record of 76,4. Compared to the fastest nm ever this made me a winner but compared to Dirk's mile i'm the first loser.Very well done Dirk, will be hard to improve this. But we try this tomorrow offcourse. At least we have a better nm average for the team challenge.

I will take on the hardest and most important of roles and oversee your respective jobs from the balcony.  Appointments to see me can be directed to my PA (in case you don't know what she looks like, go to http://www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=68346 - she's the one wearing a standard aussie women's business suit).

PS - With your offer to work, I gather you already know that they don't offer the dole for Kiwis in France. Wink

Just loop at the figures of the post of Hans Kleingeld our Dutch weatherman on the Dutch windsurfers forum.

http://forum.windsurfing.nl/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=13864982&start=60

The Englisch version will follow soon. Hans and Jacques will surely want to write their own story...

I'm so keen to get the gardeners job that I'll bow to the balcony on a regular basis and I'll even accomodate underarm bowling and head butting! Laughing
