Good long session at Sandy Point with the Bonno Blasters Evan, Alex, Simon, Bondy and Stephen. Unusual direction in a NW we went up the channel. Very gusty and choppy at the launch point.

Tabou Rocket 105, 33cc Fin, NeilPryde Hellcat 6.2.

Bugger, just realised my gps decided it didn't want to record Sunday's session at the Pit. No data to post, sorry guys.

Bondy, what I do is copy the recorded data files from the removable SD Card in your GPS unit via a SD Card reader onto my PC's hard drive. I then upload those files into KA72.com. (go to KA72.com and select upload, then select the data file/s you just copied from your SD card) Once uploaded your various speeds & distances, ie. peak, alpha, distance, etc. are displayed on screen and you also have the option of posting those results directly to the GPS Challenge Site with one click. Easy.

I wouldn't bother with the firmware updates as those are a whole other "can of worms"!

George - I have a Verbatim 1GB SD card purchased from the supermarket. And I use a SD card reader (part of my printer) which I use to transfer the data to my hard drive with.

I find that easier than having to worry about installing USB drivers, software and setting it all up to read straight from the GPS unit via USB/NaviLinkII. Just my opinion.
