1st sail of 2011.  A little frustrated with 20 - 25 knot forecast that ended up 10 - 15 knots with the occasional 18 knot gust.  Had fun on the big gear at the start and decided to rig 5.8 and tb 58 but had 3 1/2 powered runs.  Did a couple of peaks and 10 sec on this setup but only just made it back to shore.  Ended up cruising on big gear to finish the day.

Fanatic falcon 102 / 2010 7.3 koncept / 35cm sl7.

Exocet tb58 / 2011 5.8 koncept / 29cm s07.

Boggy lake - 10 - 15 occasional 18 knot gust.

Actually Lake George with Geoff and Chris. Start of our annual Lake George camping and windsurfing week. Wind was great for the first four days so more posts to come. Also met up with locals Rod and Jamie.

Big problem with my GPS as the readings were not taken at 2 second intervals - all over the place in fact.Cry

Used my new 6.8m Loft Switchblade today - except for the hassle of trying to get the 3rd cam onto the mast it was great - I did have too much down haul  to start with however. Isonic 94 and Drake 34 completed the combo.
