We were all excited about this island. It looks really good in googleearth and local forcast always show the strongest wind there. But in reality it was....a bit different :(
Wind was just enough for 7.6, waves were big but the "wave spot" expectations were completely wrong. I hoped for some sideshore breakers near the island but the waves were not there, but on opposite side where there is no shallow water :(
But is was such a great adventure in the middle of winter with nice weather and fantastic nature. I stopped a few times near the island and there were hundreds of seagulls!!! Really incredible feeling.
