KA360 (1780km):  6 categories       Gerroa, NSW, AU JP freestyle90/5.3 severne S-1 went to Gerroa to give Alex a taste of wavesailing- took to it like a duck to water wind was gusty,but that is normal for us ,so that was OK waves were small,great for building Alex's confidence demoed a severne S-1 - what a nice rig After using Ezzy's for the last 10 years,which I was very happy with ,it's time for a change the S-1 rig is truly awesome-signifacantly better than the panthers had an fantastic day even though the wind died around 2.30-we will be going back there soon | ||||||||||||||||||
AUS2001 (2000km):  Gerroa, NSW, AU flare60/3+3.6xs-1 went wave sailing today-Gerroa and my introduction to waves learnt how to pick the best time to launch(watching the sets)and punching through the whitewater(easier than I thought) didn't really get any jumps as the wind was patchy near shore which didn't allow for a good runup BUT got some down the line wave riding-twice I linked 3 bottom turns and 3 top turns-OH what a feeling great,great great day | ||||||||||||||||||
