Dan (9924km): Isonic 44, Overdrive 6.0/5.0, C3 venom 26. Best speeds with the 6.0. Wind picked up so rigged the 5.0 but big holes in the wind and just couldnt get settled in. Best 10sec 36.76. Hmmmm, maybe i should head for the lakes more often. Great session!!!
Scope (2305km): CA SP50 , 6.0 Overdrive, Slingshot 23 Happy with the PB but needed another couple of runs to move the 5x10 along. Inching closer........ Fastest couple of runs below

Terry A (6533km): Mike loading for Terry.........500metre 34.43
Sean Patterson (44km): Mike loading for Sean.......Wave board, fin and sail........ We need to get him on a speed board, or even a slalom board, now that we've explained to him what an alpha 500 is.
Mike Sinclair (11744km): Clearwater. Mykz SL54, Maui TR3 5.1, Mykz 250/25fin First run on my new 54cm slalom board and 36.2 on the dial on the first run across the lake, like that, but it didn't get better and couldn't find the gusts. Didn't get on the speedy, feeling lazy. Nuclear wind next day. At midnight I reckon it was the windiest I've ever seen the lake , scary looking stuff with the willows close by. Bruce had 60.9kts on the wind gauge in the morning for a max and we had lots of 40+ with spray flying everywhere. Great for jumping and we had good ramps in the morning when it was real windy. So it was forget the speed board and out with wave board and 4.0 Makes me remember what we miss while we chase this speed board lark......lets go to Coleridge with the wave gear next time we get nuclear. Oh, alright.... you've talked me into Ohau.
Steven Mc (827km): Lake Clearwater, 5.4 Norths warp, CA52, Great PB's Dan. Mike's staying at lake for a couple more days, say's the wind might do interesting things tomorrow.
Hi Steve, you've been edited...sorry 'bout that. You need to use Doppler, and then to further murder your speed..........Trapezoidal and cubic spline Mike S |
