Queens Beach, QLD, AU Great sail. Couldn't face the trip to Burrum when it looked so dodgy this morning. So went out at Queens, JP FSW 102 and Fusion HD 6.1. Greta wind and some really good waves.

Victoria Point, QLD, AU --> 5.8 wave Panther + Scross 115 + mistral flow 96

Super gusty but fun conditions at Victoria point. Overpowered one moment, nothing the next. Suprised at how flat it wasn't. Small sailing area too. Too many gybes required!

Burrum Heads, QLD, AU First sail since mid November and man I'm feeling it now. Gusty and generally under powered, was on flat water witnessing Haggars accident when the best squall came through and got the 2sec.Good sail with a few of the team. Well done on the pbs Kari and Rags

Futura 111, RSR evo 6.2, 37cm SL7

........ with the team at Burrum Heads, although gusty as hell with wildly varying wind direction, had a fun sail. Quite an expensive day though as I broke quite a bit of gear, does anyone want a cheap carbon boom ?

How's Queens shaping up Ulf? Debris all gone?

Yes it was really good. A few sticks here and there thats it. I did notice part of the botanical gardens boardwalk is washed up on the beach beside the boat ramp. How far has that travelled?

Ian some of the swell was really good.... clean faces. I think today I rode the best wave I ever had at Queens. It just kept going.

Yeah Ulf the 37 was good to get me planning and it was the fin that I was least worried about grounding. I need a 7.0 sail, one day. Yep still love the Futura was sailing through the chop at high tide with ease as usual. Can't wait to see your 93 working
