With was NE and extremely up and down, was only planing a small amount of the time, lovely blue clear water when I got there at high tide and was such a hot day was just nice to be down the beach and in the water, although the water was so warm couldnt really cool off.

Light winds I guess, no real chance to build up good speed. Cracked my 40cm Exocet freeride fin on the reef yesterday so was out today on a 37cm pointer. I don't think it was generating enough lift.
Or perhaps it was the fact that I discovered this morning that I weigh 81 kg! This time last year was under 74!!!! Going to have to get that off. Stay tuned for weekly updates.
