The Grand. Ran out of room and trashed my gear on the rocks (ouch), had to end early.

Had a few runs out the front of Thompsons but overpowered on the 6.3 at times and no flat water anywhere. Waited until the tide dropped and headed down the speed bank. Wind had gone SE and on my first run got confused and hit the bank at 33kn and snapped my harness lines. Went back to get new lines and returned to the bank only to get stuck there sitting on the bank through 3 rain squalls and little wind.

Just too risky to go down there late in the afternoonCry

Great sail at Burrum. Wind was strong but angle was a bit wrong and unable to use the whole bank and get the real flat water. Had two flat bits and two washouts at the very end. Very happy to get a few PB's.

Burrum day trip and it turned out to be allright the wind was not a bad direction earlier on and that was the time to get some good times but  didnt last long and it turned pretty much Easterly making every run a bare off into the chop and making the course dead tight...

Got pretty much overdone on the 6.2 the sail was just to powerfull for those condtions , should have rigged the 5.5!!!!

Maybe one day i will get there with the right wind direction Cry..

Big day big drive but worth it for me, got to Burrum wind was cranking but a shower came over & killed the wind but it came back much to my delight after me talking Pierre into coming my name would have been mud if it was no good.

Made the commitment to rig small as my next sail is a 6.8 once I got on the water it was 25 to 35kts so I got it right as O never dropped off the plan once.

Hi Tony, Battery is flat and charger is at work! So will get it in the morn. Got your board. Yep, will have to find some hours to finish my "cut'n' shut". It's weird it felt much quicker than the numbers today, then other days it doesn't feel that quick and it quicker (if that makes sense)
